Frequently asked questions
Common questions about buying car parts from us. Anything with legal weight links to the policy that governs it — those policies are the full and binding version.
- Do you ship car parts to Australia?
- Yes. We ship to Australia using standard international courier services from our Auckland warehouse. Australian orders are arranged by quote rather than through the website checkout, which accepts New Zealand delivery addresses only. Send us the parts and your Australian address and we will quote the parts and freight together. Australian import duties and GST are payable by you on arrival. Shipping to Australia.
- How do I know a part will fit my car?
- Every product page lists the recorded vehicle fitment for that part — make, model, year and series — along with its condition and, where it matters, which side of the vehicle it fits. You can also search by your registration plate, or send us your vehicle details through the parts inquiry form and we will confirm before you buy. Ask about a part.
- Do you sell used car parts as well as new ones?
- Yes. We stock new aftermarket parts, genuine OEM parts, and quality used parts. Each product page states which of the three it is, so you always know what you are buying before you order.
- Can I pick up my order in Auckland instead of paying for delivery?
- Yes, where click and collect is offered at checkout for your product. You collect from 11A Akatea Road, Glendene, Auckland by appointment. Wait for our ready-for-collection message before travelling — an order confirmation on its own is not a collection notice. We hold ready orders for 7 calendar days. How click and collect works.
- How long does delivery take within New Zealand?
- We aim to dispatch in-stock products within 1 business day of cleared payment. Most standard courier deliveries to serviceable urban New Zealand addresses are estimated to arrive within 1 to 3 business days after dispatch. Rural, remote, island and larger-parcel services are generally 2 to 5 business days after dispatch. Shipping and delivery policy.
- Can I return a part if I ordered the wrong one?
- We offer a voluntary 30-day change-of-mind return on eligible products. Contact us within 30 calendar days of delivery or collection and wait for a return authorisation before sending anything back. The part must be unused, uninstalled and in its original resaleable packaging. You pay return freight, and we do not charge a restocking fee. Some products are excluded, including electrical parts once connected or unsealed, and special-order items. Returns and refunds policy.
- Are used parts covered by a warranty?
- Your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act apply to what we sell, and nothing in our policies removes them. Our warranty policy sets out the cover that applies to a product and how to make a claim. Warranty policy.
- Do you stock Toyota Hiace parts?
- Yes — the Hiace is the vehicle we carry the most depth in, across the H100, H200 and H300 generations. That includes headlights, tail lights, mirrors, bumpers, grilles and body panels, with mechanical and electrical lines alongside them. Toyota Hiace parts.
- What happens if a part arrives damaged or the wrong item is sent?
- Do not install or modify it. Contact us as soon as reasonably possible and, if practicable, within 48 hours, with your order number and photographs. If we sent the wrong product or omitted a component we will put it right, and we pay the return freight in that situation. Returns and refunds policy.
- Is the price on the website the price I pay?
- Yes. Prices shown are in New Zealand dollars and include GST. Delivery is calculated separately and confirmed at checkout before you pay, because it depends on the size and weight of the order and where it is going.
